Known as Cantucci in Italy, these classic treats get their name from the traditional method of cooking - twice baked for that signature crisp texture. 

fun fact | biscotti were originally made for travellers and carried by Roman Legions into battle.  Today's versions have become popular companions to Prospect Coffee or even a glass of Vin Santo.
